Following the deprioritization of physical protests, The Coalition of Protest Groups have put forward a team based on consultations and nominations. This offers an interim basis to begin negotiation and consolidation on our demands.
After consultations and general voting across groups, Debo Macaroni and Rinu Oduala have been chosen to be the first representatives of The Coalition at the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution set up by the Lagos State Government to look into the grievances of victims of SARS related abuses and of the Lekki Toll Gate shootings. …
